Mr. Chris Tse is currently the Head of Greater China Institutional Business at Mirae Asset Global Investments. He is a subject matter expert in designing and offering index/ESG solutions to the investment community throughout his tenure as an Asia regional leader with top 3 global index/ESG data providers.
Before switching his career to index industry, Chris held senior positions at Credit Agricole Asset Management (nowadays Amundi), Franklin Templeton Investments and Manulife where he worked in various areas including fund distribution, investment advisory as well as product management and training.
Mr. Tse acquired two Master degrees from the University of Warwick and Hong Kong University of Science and Technology. He is also a CFP certificant and CFA charterholder.
Mr. Peter Gregoire
Head of Market Conduct and General Counsel
Mr. Peter Gregoire joined the Insurance Authority (“IA”) as General Counsel in September 2018. He assisted in formulating the regulatory instruments to implement the new regulatory regime for insurance intermediaries. Since May 2020, in addition to his role as General Counsel, Peter has been serving as the Head of Market Conduct in the IA, overseeing the IA’s licensing of insurance intermediaries, complaints, conduct supervision, anti-money laundering and enforcement/disciplinary work.
Prior to joining the IA, Peter was General Counsel of one of the largest international general insurers in Hong Kong. Prior to this, he was a solicitor working for international law firms in which he specialized in insurance law, in both London and then Hong Kong. He has over 20 years of experience in the insurance industry.
Mr. Paul Yu

Mr Paul Yu is currently General Manager of Policy and Regulation Division, Mandatory Provident Fund Schemes Authority (MPFA). In his current role, Mr Yu is responsible for, among other things, the regulation of MPF products and development of MPF investment policies and regulations. He has also been involved in the eMPF Platform project.
Prior to joining the MPFA, he has worked in other regulatory bodies and the industry. He completed his undergraduate education at the University of Hong Kong, and went on to pursue graduate studies at the Hong Kong Polytechnic University and Cardiff University.
Mr Yu is an attorney and counsellor-at-law qualified to practise law in the State of New York, United States (non-practising).

Mr. Jimmy Au is a seasoned veteran in managing AI, B2B, and SaaS products. Currently serving as the Product Management Lead at Bowtie, Jimmy is leading the product team in building a world-class digital insurance platform.
Before joining Bowtie, Mr. Au was the Director of Product Management at Salesforce, responsible for overseeing the Service Cloud and Einstein AI product portfolios in the APAC region. Prior to this, he worked at the Silicon Valley office of Salesforce, where he served as the lead PM on the Einstein AI natural language processing (NLP) service, the deep learning platform, and several AI applications. The Einstein AI products are serving more than 250 billion predictions to customers every day.
Mr. Au was a product manager in two early-stage B2B SaaS startups in Silicon Valley, where he was an early member of the product team and participated in their significant growth. He was an early member of the product team in both startups, and participated in Apttus' growth to a 1B+ valuation unicorn and EverString's USD 65M series B fundraising.
Mr. Au holds a Bachelor of Business Administration (Law) from the University of Hong Kong. He also organized multiple talks with startup founders and tech executives from the U.S. and Hong Kong.

Dr. Cheng is the Dr. S H Ho Professor of Banking and Finance. He is also the Director of the Research Centre for ESG as well as the Research Institute for Business at the Hang Seng University of Hong Kong.
Dr Cheng is currently a member of the Hospital Governing Committee of Ruttonjee & Tang Shiu Kin Hospitals. Previously, he was a member of the Investment Committee of the Hospital Authority Provident Fund Scheme in which he led the effort in promoting ESG integration for an investment portfolio of about USD 8.7bil. Dr. Cheng actively engages in ESG and green finance research. In addition to publishing on Green Bond, he received various research donation and grants related to ESG and financial services for a total exceeding HKD8mil. Prior to joining Principal, Mr. Chiu served as senior vice president and head of Hong Kong retail at PIMCO Asia. With over 15 years of work experience in the insurance industry, Mr. Thomson Ho is currently the Co-founder and Head of Business Development of 10Life.
